Hi! I am
Chef Maria Kirk. I am a member in good standing with the
American Personal Chef Association. I subscribe to the Personal
Chef International Code of Ethics. I am fully licensed and
insured by the Florida Restaurant Association (SafeStaff) as a
certified Professional Food Manager.
I am always looking for opportunities to expand my culinary
skills.
I have taken a cooking and catering program with the Stratford
Career Institute. I worked in the restaurant and food industry
for 20 years in New York. I received my training as a personal
chef with the American Personal Chef Association based in San
Diego, California. I have been cooking for 30 years having first
started at my mother’s side as a young teenager.
I have always had a passion for cooking and for food. I love to
take a recipe and tweak it to make it better or just kick it up
a notch. (The Food Network is my favorite channel on TV)
